SUNLIGHT BOARDS (P) LTD Is manufacturing the wooden Flush Doors in the Brand name of
SUN DOOR which is very popular in the market. We are following IS:2202 Part 1999 in the manufacturing Flush Doors which makes our product the only one of its kind. The species of face veneers used for our Flush Doors are Gurjan. For stiles, rails and cross bands we use selected non-coniferous timbers which are specified in IS:2202 part 1 1999. All timbers including Gurjan species are given preservative treatment. In addition to the preservative treatment the glue layers of our door shutters were poisoned by Dursban 50T which helps in the durability of our product.
Only synthetic resin adhesive is used for bonding core members to one another. Both Phenol formaldehyde and Urea formaldehyde resins are used as adhesive. Resins are confirming to IS:848-1974. By virtue of which the glue adhesion of Flush Doors are excellent.
Door shutters have tested as per IS:2202 Part 1-1999. By way of careful selection and distribution of raw materials the quality of our product is admired by one and all.
