T.V.Group, incorporated in 1970 founded by its present chairman and CEO, Mr.T.V.Ismail Haji, at Mangalore, Karnataka India. The group has started with log contracting and saw milling activities, and later in 1983 Mr.Sharaf-Ud-Din, Elder son of the founder has joined the group,
And in 1987, his two brothers Mr.Faizal and Mr.Noushad also joined , after completing their education in Plywood manufacturing technology from Indian wood and plywood research institute. The group has further strengthened with their strong hands and given their full concentration to divert the business activity, in to manufacturing and export of plywood and allied products in the international market.
Over the years the group achieved steady growth in sales turnover and profitability despite the intense competition in the mature wood related industry. It has expanded significantly and is today both a nationally and internationally recognized manufacturer and exporter of superior quality wood based products.
The group also develops new business relationships and strengthen its existing supplier and customer network, as part of its business strategy, T.V.Group adopted forward and backward integration.
Group established several strategically located distributors overseas to be closer to the end users of its products.
Group is forward looking and flexible in its business operation, and changes very quickly and adapts to the ever-changing demands of the dynamic global marketplace.
